With the increase in Brightline passenger train traffic, the Broward MPO reminds all South Florida residents to use caution when around railroad tracks. Brightline, Tri-Rail, and FEC freight trains can run up to 79 miles per hour, and it extremely important to be careful and alert when crossing railroad tracks.
