The MPO’s Roads for Economic Vitality (REV) program provides funding for small local transportation projects that will improve the safety and mobility for all transportation users in Broward. This competitive grant program can fund projects such as (but not limited to): complete streets projects, traffic calming and intersection improvements, ADA upgrades, mobility hubs, bike racks and technology advancements such as transit signal priority and traffic control devices.

Program Updates
We look forward to our pre-application meetings this month (April) with twenty-five of our partner agencies! All pre-application meetings will be virtual this year and are required in order to submit a project application to REV Cycle 1.

The MPO Board approved the proposed changes to the REV Policies and Evaluation Crtieria on February 12, 2026. Check out the updates to these documents on the Application Information page.
The MPO approved the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four Draft Tentative Work Program for Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 - 2031 at their board meeting on October 30, 2025.
