Hallandale Beach Transportation Master Plan

From 2025 to 2026, the Broward MPO provided technical assistance to the City of Hallandale Beach for the development of a citywide Transportation Master Plan (TMP). The Transportation Master Plan identifies “quick-build” solutions for six city-owned roadways (referred to as the “Plan Study Area”). These low-cost, interim transportation projects are intended to enhance safety and mobility without requiring new right-of-way, utility relocations, or roadway reconstruction. By focusing on these projects, the City can evaluate real-world performance before committing to permanent, long-term investments.
