The MPO physical office is phasing in a rotating office structure for staff.
UPDATE Thursday, January 7, 2021: The Broward MPO team has begun rotating into the physical office on a weekly basis. MPO staff have been sectioned off into six smaller teams that will be in the office one week at a time and are staying diligent by practicing social distancing and frequent sanitation. At this time, we are beginning to host hybrid meetings with the option of attending in person but recommend attending virtually if possible to promote social distancing.
UPDATE Tuesday, March 31, 2020: The Broward MPO physical office will be closed until further notice. We are still here for you virtually, please visit https://www.browardmpo.org/index.php/our-staff to meet the MPO team.
On Friday, March 13, 2020 Chair Caletka officially directed our staff to begin implementing our remote work (telecommuting) plan outlined in the adopted Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP).
While our team enjoys and values in person meetings with the public, our members and our various partners, we recognize we must do everything possible to limit the potential spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) within our region. Our team will telecommute from Monday, March 16 until further notice.
